Your role

Your role will be to greet and liaise with our customers through the service life cycle from initial bookings to post service satisfaction follow-up.

You will need to have a particular focus on the needs of our customers. Customer satisfaction and retention is very important to our team and our future.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering of telephone service calls with a professional telephone manner.

Booking and checking in vehicles for service or repair.

Communicating required vehicle repairs to our customers including quoting and invoicing.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will hold these essential qualities:

Must have customer experience within a busy retail environment,





Reliable and a team player,

Able to communicate well

Ability to multi task,

Experience in using ERA

Must have a Victorian Drivers License

Experience in a Nissan Service Department is preferred but not essential.

Please Note:

Applicants must have Citizenship, Permanent Residency or be able to sufficiently demonstrate valid working rights.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.
