Here are the qualities we seek:

- Previous experience preparing sandwiches, assisting with general kitchen prep and operating a commercial dishwasher
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised kitchen space
- A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Have the following uniform or willing to purchase: black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and black apron, black enclosed safety boots/shoes.
