The Role

Our Team is currently seeking a full-time Storeperson to be based at our Sydney location in Auburn. Your primary responsibilities will include the efficient receipt and dispatch of customer orders, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the overall efficiency of Tsubaki's operations function.

Key tasks & Responsibilities

- Receipt and check of incoming goods.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner as per instructions on picking slip.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safely laid out.
- Maintain correct labelling and stock levels across all warehouse items.




- Maintain stock of warehouse consumables as required for packaging of products.
- Assist with the annual stocktake as required.
- Use freight software and coordinate with freight transport companies daily.
- Actively foster communications and good relationships between departments. Work with other employees and branches on projects that deliver cross functional benefits to the company.
- Maintaining and securing all assets under their control in accordance with company policy.
- Uphold the company’s quality standards for efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with both customer needs and the company’s requirements.
- Special assignments as directed by the Sales Manager.

About You

Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise.

Skilled and personable, with excellent communication skills and possess the ability to work within a team.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent task management skills.

Maintain a current Australian Driver's License.

Maintain a current Forklift License.
