CMTP, a proudly Australian family-owned manufacturing business in Colac, Victoria, seeks a Manufacturing Improvement Lead. You will drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, partnering with experienced leaders and production teams to deliver tangible performance gains.
In this role you will analyse production data, tackle operational challenges, and lead projects from concept to implementation, while coaching staff and supporting safety, quality and operational excellence.
