About the Role
As an OT at Connect2Care, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre‑based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
- Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
- Provide AT assessments and recommendations
- Write clear, timely reports
- Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
- Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development
New Graduate Program
