Australian Environmental Landscapes is actively seeking a Landscaper Leading Hand. In this role, you will work closely with the project manager and play a pivotal part in completing large-scale landscaping construction projects. You will lead a small and agile team, ensuring site works are completed safely and efficiently. Additionally, you must be confident with technology and capable of completing required safety documentation and paperwork.

This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career and aiming to progress to more senior roles within the Landscape Construction industry.

On going training provided and additional education opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting plans.
- Leading a team of staff.
- Liaising with site foremen, project managers, and contractors.
- Maintaining a high standard of work.
- Delivering a safe work environment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape structures.

Skills & Experience:

- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Construction white card.
- Experience on civil construction sites.
- Cert III Landscape Certificate - Preferred, although not required.
