Responsibilities

As an Escient Graduate, you’ll build personable connections, access individual learning opportunities, and be involved in client engagements to get exposure to real and meaningful work, laying the foundations for your career in consulting.

12-month full time graduate program commencing in February 2027

Hands-on involvement in meaningful client engagements

Receive formal training and guidance from industry-experienced consultants

Participate in national graduate development sessions

Access a supportive graduate network for guidance and mentorship

Gain exposure to a wide range of core consulting skills
