The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal executive role responsible for driving wholesale and cornerstone investor capital raising activity across family offices, HNW and UHNW investors.

You will play a key role in shaping capital strategy, growing investor relationships and ensuring the business remains well-positioned to pursue high-quality property transactions nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Investor Growth

- Lead wholesale and cornerstone investor capital raising initiatives
- Develop and expand relationships across family offices, HNW/UHNW investors and intermediaries
- Identify and source new long-term investor partnerships
- Support the creation of new investment product offerings and strategies

Investor Relations

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with current and prospective investors
- Deliver high-quality investor communications, presentations and reporting
- Oversee investor engagement initiatives including webinars, roadshows and capital raising materials

Leadership





- Lead and mentor a small Investor Relations team
- Work closely with executive leadership across investments, finance and operations
- Provide strategic investor insights to support broader business growth

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure capital raising activity aligns with AFSL and compliance obligations
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of investment documentation and collateral

About You
You are a commercially astute capital markets professional with deep experience raising capital within property funds management, alternative investments or broader financial services.

You will likely bring:

- Proven experience raising capital from wholesale investors, family offices or private wealth channels
- Strong relationships across HNW/UHNW investors and intermediary networks
- Experience within unlisted property or alternative asset funds
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets and investment structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A team-oriented, relationship-first approach with high professional integrity

Relevant tertiary qualifications within finance, commerce, law or related disciplines will be highly regarded, alongside postgraduate qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA or MBA.
