We are advertising on behalf of our client "Quest Dubbo" Location: Dubbo NSW 2830 Salary: $79,000~$82,000 + Super Our Client, Quest Dubbo is looking for a Full Time "Hospitality, Retail and Service Managers nec" to join their team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and control the day-to-day operations of the business
- Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and service standards-
- Monitor and manage budgets, including labour costs, stock control and expenditure
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with WHS, licensing, food safety (if applicable) and other regulatory requirements
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet business targets
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management/owners
- Ensure the presentation and maintenance of the premises meets required standards
Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualification in business, hospitality management or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality/retail/service environment
- Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Sound financial and budget management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as required
