About The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Advisor to join the Mullins Marketing & Business Development team. Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, this role offers both collaboration and autonomy. This diverse position supports strategic business development activities as well as the firm’s broader marketing goals, drawing on strong industry networks and market insights to help address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying opportunities, collating, reviewing and editing legal articles/publications;
- Drafting, designing and producing collateral - marketing flyers, tenders, proposals, capability statements and contact cards;
- Management and distribution of electronic marketing (eDMs) via HubSpot;
- Managing base-level sponsorships (including fostering sponsor relationships and coordinating sponsorship related events and activities);
- Advising and coordinating opportunities for internal ESG initiatives;
- Leading and executing internal and external client functions;
- Supporting firm-wide marketing projects and initiatives;
- Updating and maintaining the firm website and intranet;
- Manage social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook and reporting on analytics;
- Identify paid digital marketing opportunities;
- Oversee merchandise levels and ordering;
- Coordinating monthly reporting for Marketing and BD Manager;
- Tender and Pitch support;
- Coordinate firms' personal profiles and relevant updates; and




- Assisting with Business Development strategy and initiatives.

Key Requirements

Our ideal candidate has a positive, results orientated attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are degree qualified in marketing (or a related area) and have more than three years’ experience working in a similar role at a qualified services firm or large corporate. They are highly organised, professional and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Adobe InDesign and HubSpot is desirable.
