Join a highly regarded architecture practice recognised for delivering thoughtful projects across health and community sectors. The practice is seeking a talented Marketing & Submissions Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence and deliver high-quality submissions. Working closely with senior leaders and project teams, this role will play a key part in strengthening market positioning and business development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of high-quality architecture tenders, expressions of interest, capability statements and other business development materials
- Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns and communications that support strategic growth objectives
- Maintain and enhance marketing systems, templates, content libraries and processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Support the practice’s profile through events, awards, publications, thought leadership and industry opportunities

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in marketing, submissions, communications or business development within architecture, interior design or construction
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives, proposals and branded content
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex submissions, coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver against deadlines
- Experience managing digital channels, marketing assets,



CRM systems and content platforms
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
