About the Job: Azura Financial is an award winning mortgage brokerage focused on helping clients make confident lending decisions with clear advice, thoughtful loan structuring, and end-to-end support from application through settlement and ongoing reviews. Role Description This is a four day per week, on-site role based in our Double Bay office. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the daily delivery of our marketing across every channel. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail oriented, and motivated by getting good work out the door consistently in a fast paced environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and publish content across our brand and founder channels.
- Build posts, carousels and collateral in Canva from established brand templates.
- Coordinate raw footage and briefs with our video editor.
- Maintain the content calendar and asset library.
- Build, test and send email and SMS campaigns, and maintain list hygiene and segmentation.




- Make routine website updates in WordPress from existing templates.
- Pull weekly and monthly performance numbers into agreed reporting templates.
- Support events, broker collateral and our Google review process.
- Provide general office and administrative support across the business.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent early career experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or administrative role.
- Confident with Canva and the major social platforms, and quick to learn current tools.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage several moving pieces at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
