We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, with the ability to develop impactful campaigns and optimize performance across multiple channels.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising channels.

• Lead brand positioning, marketing communications, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Create and oversee marketing content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales, product, design, and business teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.

• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external agencies or vendors.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to drive marketing innovation.

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present recommendations to management.





• Continuously improve marketing processes and implement best practices to maximize business impact.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related role.

• Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and campaign performance analysis.

• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced workplace.

• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.

• Experience in B2B, B2C, or e-commerce marketing is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
