Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Managing digital marketing, content and social media activity
- Leading brand and communication initiatives
- Building stakeholder relationships across internal and external groups
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on outcomes
- Managing marketing budgets and external suppliers
- Identifying new opportunities to grow engagement and visibility
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position
- Background within education, schools, higher education, or a related sector is highly regarded
- Strong digital, content and campaign management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
