About the role

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Product teams, the Marketing Manager (Trade & HCP) is responsible for planning and delivering marketing initiatives that support doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors and key accounts. The role owns sales enablement, Health Care Qualified (HCP) -facing marketing, product marketing campaigns, educational collateral, trade communications and commercial activations to drive product awareness, confidence and uptake.

This role acts as the primary marketing contact for the Sales team, ensuring they have the tools, collateral, campaigns and insights required to effectively support customers. Working collaboratively across the business, you will coordinate educational campaigns, HCP communications, educational events, and sales initiatives while ensuring all activities align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:

- Partner with Sales and MSL teams to develop and maintain sales enablement collateral, presentations, product summaries and account-specific materials.
- Create HCP-focused educational content including fact sheets, comparison guides, launch documents, product spotlights and educational campaigns.
- Develop and execute product-specific trade marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
- Manage product content across HCP portals,



distributor portals and external product directories.
- Coordinate HCP and trade EDM campaigns, audience segmentation, campaign calendars and performance reporting.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and campaign results, identifying commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate pharmacy, clinic, distributor and HCP events, sponsorships and partnerships.
- Manage branded merchandise, promotional activations and client gifting in partnership with Sales.
- Maintain current, compliant and accessible sales collateral and marketing assets.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure all marketing activity aligns with current regulatory requirements.

About you:

- 4–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, product marketing or B2B marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, particularly for technical or healthcare audiences.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM, EDM and marketing platforms is highly regarded.
- Experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environments, exhibiting creativity, initiative and problem-solving skills
