We are seeking a creative and motivated In-House Marketing Officer with a strong background in photography and videography to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating high-quality visual content and bringing projects to life through photography and video. You'll be responsible for documenting construction projects from the ground and the air, producing engaging content across our digital platforms, and collaborating with our team and supplier partners to strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites to capture professional photography, videography and aerial drone footage throughout all stages of a project.
- Plan and execute drone flights safely and in accordance with CASA regulations.
- Create engaging content including project showcases, promotional videos, reels, case studies and social media campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photography and video content using industry-standard software, ensuring all content aligns with the company's brand and quality standards.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to develop creative content that showcases our products, services and completed projects.
- Collaborate with supplier partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, product launches and other cross-promotional opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders and supplier partners to identify and develop valuable content opportunities.
- Coordinate project features, product demonstrations and other marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise and maintain a comprehensive library of photography and video assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, content creation techniques, drone technology and digital marketing best practices.
- Maintain photography, videography and drone equipment, ensuring it is serviced and operating to a high standard.
About you

- Has demonstrated experience in photography, videography and drone operation.
- Has a creative eye for capturing compelling visual content.
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent editing software.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build robust relationships with colleagues, clients and supplier partners.
- Is proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Works well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience operating drones and producing professional photography and videography.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience within the construction or building industry is highly regarded but not essential.
