About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Website Design professional to join Big Sky Homes on a part-time basis. This role is based in Nedlands, WA 6009, and offers the flexibility of part-time work to support our marketing and digital presence. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, developing our digital strategy, and creating compelling web experiences that engage and convert potential customers.

This position bridges marketing strategy with hands-on website design and development, making it essential to our company's growth and online success.

What you'll be doing

- Designing, developing, and maintaining our company website to ensure it remains current, visually appealing, and user-friendly

- Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, and email marketing

- Optimising website content and structure for search engine performance (SEO) to increase organic visibility and traffic

- Developing engaging digital content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements that resonate with our target audience

- Managing pay-per-click (PPC)



advertising campaigns and monitoring performance metrics to maximise return on investment

- Analysing website analytics and marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand messaging

- Staying informed of industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies in web design and marketing

- Managing social media presence and engagement strategies to build community and brand awareness

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a particular focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO)

- Demonstrated expertise in website design and development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and up-to-date website builders or content management systems

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy and messaging





- Experience with graphic design software and the ability to create professional visual content

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions

- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- A creative approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail

- Experience in the residential or real estate sector would be advantageous

- Qualifications or certifications in digital marketing, web design, or related fields are desirable
