The Maternal & Child Health Nurse provides a comprehensive and evidence-based approach for the promotion, prevention and early identification of the physical, emotional, and social factors affecting children aged 0-6 years and their families in the Gannawarra Community. As the MCH Nurse you will use both universal and enhanced platforms to engage with families, taking into account their strengths and vulnerabilities and to provide timely contact and ongoing primary health care in order to improve their health, wellbeing, safety, learning and development.
