We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Bondi store in NSW on a full-time basis on a fixed-term contract until early July 2027.

As a Floor Manager at MECCA Bondi Junction, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional customer experiences while leading and inspiring a high-performing team. You'll champion our service standards, coach team members in the moment, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the MECCA Magic we're known for.

Working alongside the Store Leadership Team, you'll balance people leadership with commercial outcomes—driving sales performance, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture. Whether you're developing talent, leading the shop floor during peak trade, or bringing campaigns and launches to life, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable experience for both our customers and team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What Success Looks Like In This Role

- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
