Seasonal Cafe is looking for a Barista / Café All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a casual position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in our café. Based in Biggera Waters, QLD, this role offers flexible work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner

Preparing and serving food and beverages

Demonstrated latte art ability is required for coffee preparation

Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the café

Providing a high level of customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Minimum 2+ years of hospitality experience is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Adaptable and adaptable to changing priorities

A passion for food and providing an exceptional customer experience
