About the Role

The Research Assistant provides research coordination and administrative support for clinical research undertaken within the Nephrology Research Unit.

The role supports participant recruitment, study coordination, ethics and governance activities, data collection, regulatory compliance, maintenance of essential documents and communication with investigators,sponsorsand study participants.

- Support recruitment, screening,enrolmentand retention of research participants.
- Coordinate participant visits,investigationsand follow-up.
- Assistinvestigators in day-to-day conduct of multiple concurrent studies.
- Collect,verifyand enter research data into approved databases.
- Maintain source documents, Investigator SiteFilesand Trial Master Files.
- Respond to data queries and ensure documentation isaudit ready.

Classifications for this position range between HS3 - HS25($74,448.40 - $82,305.60 per annum, pro rata).

Your Contribution

- Current ICH-GCP certification or willingness to obtain.
- Bachelor’s degree in health science, Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Public Health, ClinicalResearchor related discipline.
- Experience in healthcare, clinicalresearchor research administration.
- Knowledge of research ethics,governanceand Positive Clinical Practice.
- Excellentorganizational,communicationand interpersonal skills.
- High levelof computer literacy and data management skills.
