Speech Pathologist Clinical Supervisor (Multiple Roles-East, West & North Melb)

About the Role

We are expanding and looking for multiple Speech Pathology Clinical Supervisors to support clinicians who are new to, or early in, Allied Health community practice. Reporting to the clinical leadership team, you will supervise new graduates and early-career Speech Pathologists, shape caseload quality, and play a key role in building the next generation of community clinicians across three Melbourne regions.

Your Duties will include

- Supervising new graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists in community practice
- Supporting Speech Pathology students on clinical placement
- Conducting clinical reviews to maintain quality and continuity of care
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary Allied Health team
- Contributing to clinical governance and continuous improvement

You will have

- Degree in Speech Pathology + current SPA registration
- Clinical experience in community or disability settings (NDIS and/or My Aged Care)
- Interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary team experience highly regarded
- Strong written, verbal, and computer literacy skills
- We’re looking for passionate clinicians at all career stages, from Graduate Speech Pathologists through to Senior Clinicians.
