Randstad is partnering with a real estate consultancy to recruit a General Manager / Commercial Property Manager for an eight-week contract. You will lead day-to-day strategic and operational performance of a key asset and its facilities team, overseeing asset management, budgeting, leasing and compliance.
You will build value through strategic plans, financial management, and site sustainability initiatives while guiding a dedicated onsite team and maintaining client relationships.
