About the Role

This is a newly created hands‑on technical role supports GenZ’s operational and service functions through the assembly, pre-wiring, and preparation of battery cabinets and distribution modules.

Working closely with the Technical Lead and Engineers you will play a key role in ensuring systems are built accurately, safely, and efficiently to support project delivery and ongoing product performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Pre-wiring battery cabinets and assembling distribution modules
- Conducting electrical testing and quality checks prior to dispatch
- Supporting fault diagnosis, system configuration, and service preparation
- Assisting with warehouse activities including stock control,



picking, and dispatch
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

This is a full time position based in our Malaga office.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:

- Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or technical workshop environments
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Trade qualification in Electrical, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong hands‑on skills with excellent attention to detail
- Sound problem‑solving and organisational capabilities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Current Forklift licence
- Current Australian driver’s licence and valid work rights
