Requirements:

Must have exceptional computer skills and be experienced in Audanet, Estimage and ORM.

Our Computer Package is Auto-Quote (happy to train).

You will be required to manage the workflow, order parts and write quotes.

Outstanding communication skills when dealing with Customers, Suppliers and Staff.





The applicant must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation.

A current and unrestricted driver's licence.

Strong verbal communication and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quotes and supplementaries for vehicles within specified timelines, meeting repair cost targets and adhering to insurer and company procedures.

Parts ordering and client liaison.

Perform quality control checks and oversee the vehicle handover process.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be trustworthy and a team player.
