About You
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred therapy services
Current or willingness to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services within the community
- Assess, develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support clients across the lifespan with communication and swallowing needs
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Manage a community-based caseload while meeting achievable performance expectations
- Mentor junior clinicians and students where appropriate
