We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our maintenance team on a full time permanent basis on the day shift.
Key Points of the Role:
- Monday to Friday roster available
- Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on plant and site infrastructure
- Inspect equipment and ensure all work is completed in line with WHS and site safety standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
- Accurately record maintenance activities and ensure work meets quality standards
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reliability, efficiency and workplace safety
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organised site
- A reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work
- Someone who works well in a team and contributes to a positive work environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in a timely manner
- Strong focus on safety
Desirable Tickets:
- LF Forklift License - advantageous but not essential
- EWP License (above 11m) - advantageous but not essential
