The Role We’re looking for experienced mechanical tradespeople (also capable mechanical Trade Assistant's are encouraged to apply) to join a busy, well-managed workshop in Dandenong.

You’ll be working on a range of construction equipment in a clean, organised environment with a strong pipeline of ongoing work.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with regular overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain & repair construction equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently




- Work within a team-focused workshop
- Maintain accurate job records using computer systems
- Follow workshop safety and quality standards

What You’ll Bring

- Mechanical trade qualification (or strong hands-on experience)
- Experience working on construction or heavy equipment (preferred)
