SolydEra (Australia) Pty Ltd. Is a fuel cell company based in Dandenong South Victoria. It is owned by SolydEra SpA (Italy), a world leading solid oxide fuel cell manufacturer and marketer. SolydEra SpA also has a subsidiary in Switzerland.

R&D; facilities and team are established in Australia, and we have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Mechanical Technician. In this role, you will support the team with limited pre-series production, equipment builds and facilities maintenance contributing to the success of fuel cell and electrolyser systems.

KEY Duties & Responsibilities The successful applicants will be responsible for:

- Support low-volume pre-production builds while assisting with the validation and commissioning of new equipment within R&D; setting.

- Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T; tolerances and complete basic component quality checks.

- Contribute to product improvements by reviewing and analysing existing processes

- Assemble, install and maintain hydraulic systems used in custom-designed test stations.

- Perform general facilities maintenance and coordinate the servicing and maintenance of site equipment.

- Assist with receiving,



dispatch and inventory control activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

- Preferred, trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or related field

- TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel

- Basic Computer Literacy

- Current Forklift Licence
