About the role

Based at Angliss Medical Imaging, you may be required to work at other sites across Eastern Health Medical Imaging receptions.

This casual position will provide reception and clerical services for the Medical Imaging Department and includes the duties of front line customer service, appointment scheduling, telephone enquiries.





Ideally you will have previous clerical experience in a hospital environment, well developed computer skills including knowledge of iPM and EMR systems, knowledge of medical terminology and an ability to demonstrate good communication skills. Knowledge of Karisma software would be an advantage but not essential.

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
