- We are a busy private billing family medical clinic in the Eastern suburbs.
- We require a candidate who wants a customer facing and focused role with previous medical reception experience.
- The role includes greeting and helping patients; answering phone calls and either scheduling appointments or dealing with patient requests; calling patients who require follow up appointments or for any other reason required by doctors; communication with other medical facilities; recording accounts paid and those still payable; assisting with keeping the centre looking tidy; presenting a positive atmosphere for patients.




- The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years medical reception experience; be familiar with general practice medical software and have an interest in working within the health industry and with people. Excellent communication skills, a warm manner and organisational skills and a professional presentation are essential. We require someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet.
- The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team and have a very pleasant work setting

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
