New Town Thai celebrates the rich colours,aromas and flavours of Thai cuisine in a stylish yet relaxedsetting.

CHU Restaurant by China Doll delivers a refinedPan-Asian dining experience, combining modern techniques withChinese, Japanese, Hong Kong and Southeast Asian flavours.

As part of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver high-qualitydishes with consistency, care and pride.

Our Perfect Fit

You're passionate about great food, confident in a busy kitchenand experienced in Thai and/or Asian cuisine. You enjoy working aspart of a team, take pride in your craft and can adapt across avariety of shifts.

- Proven experience in Thai and/or Asian cuisine
- Wok experience and knowledge of traditional cookingtechniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Availability across 7 days, including nights, weekends andpublic holidays
- Full Australian working rights
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
