eCommerce Coordinator - Peak Season Contract

Peak season is coming... and we need another pair of hands. This is a contract role - 3 to 6 months (tbc).

At The Oodie, Peak is our favourite time of year. It's fast. It's exciting. It's a little bit chaotic. And it's when millions of customers around the world are wrapping themselves up in cosy.

We're looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our team and help keep our Shopify stores looking their absolute best across multiple global regions. You must have Shopify experience.

This is a hands on execution role where attention to detail is everything. You'll be the person making sure products go live correctly, campaigns launch on time, banners are updated, and our websites stay polished throughout our busiest trading period.

If you're the type of person who notices a typo before anyone else, spots a broken link without being asked, and gets satisfaction from everything being just right, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Uploading and creating products across multiple Shopify stores
- Updating product information including images, pricing, variants, tags, metafields and descriptions
- Performing quality assurance checks before products go live
- Updating homepage banners, promotional assets and campaign messaging
- Executing site changes for promotions, launches and sales
- Running regular website health checks to identify broken links,



incorrect pricing, missing imagery or anything that doesn't look right
- Supporting with collection updates, discount setup, Shopify maintenance and general ecommerce administration
- Working closely with our ecommerce team to complete tasks accurately and on time

What we're looking for

You’ll be someone who:

- Has hands on experience working in Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus
- Can confidently work across multiple storefronts without mixing them up
- Works well under pressure and enjoys a fast paced environment
- Takes ownership and communicates early if something isn't right
- Doesn't wait to be told there's a problem. You naturally notice things and raise them before they become customer issues.

Bonus points if you have

- Experience using Matrixify or completing bulk product uploads
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Previous experience working for an ecommerce or direct to consumer brand during Peak or Black Friday
