Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial strategy and execution to achieve revenue, margin and retention targets.
- Grow strategic customer relationships and support key account development and tender opportunities.
- Represent the Australian market in regional forums, providing customer, market and competitor insights.
- Partner with regional teams to deliver commercial priorities and customer outcomes.

Commercial Leadership
- Lead commercial strategy and execution to achieve revenue, margin and retention targets.

- Partner with regional teams to deliver commercial priorities and customer outcomes.
CRM discipline and adoption of digital servicing channels.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the commercial operating model.
- Translate regional frameworks into effective local execution and monitor adoption, governance and performance.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Build capability, accountability and collaboration while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Other Responsibilities
- Support crisis management, ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to broader business initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of the Australian shipping, logistics or supply chain market is desirable.
- 10+ years' commercial leadership experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain.
- Proven success delivering revenue growth, customer retention and commercial strategy.
