Job Description

Define and own the test strategy aligned to business objectives, hybrid delivery methodology and risk profile.

Create and maintain test plans, test schedules and entry/exit criteria.

Work with the vendor to assess exit criteria for System testing.

Manage end‑to‑end test cycles (System where required, Integration, Regression, UAT support).

Oversee test environments, data and dependencies across multiple projects and programs.

Lead defect management: triage, prioritisation, and reporting.

Provide clear quality and release readiness reporting to stakeholders.
