Altius Group is seeking a P&C; Advisor to join the People & Culture team, supporting our Nabenet, IIME and Ontime Healthcare units. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on exposure to onboarding, HR systems, recruitment coordination, reporting and policy support, with a transparent escalation path to senior team members.
You’ll work closely with a Head of People and Operations, gaining breadth across the employee lifecycle and HR administration.
