We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join our team!

The Senior Social Worker will deliver clinical social work services to patients, clients across West Moreton. The position will provide leadership in the coordination and prioritisation of Social Work services and contribute to clinical governance in the relevant work area by ensuring high quality professional practice standards, and organisational policies are maintained.

Mandatory Requirements

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia for a Social Worker, eligibility of AASW membership. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/ manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
- This role provides health, counselling and support services that may require a blue card.
