- Total Remuneration $91,663 to $96,819 pa (including salary of $77,457 to $81,814 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

We're seeking an enthusiastic and solutions-focusedScheduling Officerto join our Education Scheduling team and contribute to delivering exceptional timetabling and student support outcomes. You’ll contribute to deadline‑driven scheduling tasks, provide clear advice on policies and procedures, and help resolve timetable‑related issues for staff and students.

You’ll play a key role in the production and publication of class, intensive apprentice and trainee block training and examination timetables across our national footprint. You will work collaboratively with relevant staff from the Students Directorate and broader University to effectively achieve quality, compliance and service delivery of CQUniversity’s education scheduling functions.

Position Requirements

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and administrative experience with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning to achieve goals.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment in order to achieve set targets.
