This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that is focused on safety, professionalism, teamwork, work ethic, and honesty.

Qualified arborists

Experienced climbers

Grounds staff with the right attitude

People who genuinely want to build a career in the tree industry

Requirements:

MR truck license and other tickets are a bonus

Confident with your climbing ability

Applicant must have a good understanding of complex rigging

Must have more than 2 years industry experience

Can-do attitude and willingness to help the team

Great attention to detail and time management skills

A broad range of skills in most aspects of arboriculture

A real passion for the industry and pride in your work

Working with children check, and ability to pass a Police check

It would be an advantage if you also hold any of the following:

Railway tickets

ESI / powerline clearance experience

MR or HR truck licence

Chipper,



EWP, or chainsaw tickets

Excavator ticket

Traffic management tickets

Pay rates up to $45 per hour are available for the right applicant, depending on experience, qualifications, tickets, attitude, and overall suitability for the role.

You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to care.

You need to show up with a good attitude, work safely, support your team, communicate properly, and be willing to keep learning.
