Gwendolyn Support is a registered NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) services on the Gold Coast. We are seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join SIL homes in Nerang and Elanora, delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to participants with complex needs.

The role focuses on independence, wellbeing and choice, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active nights.
