Capella Sydney is seeking an Event Services Supervisor to coordinate service workflows at the assigned station and ensure stellar dining experiences for all guests. You will anticipate needs and be knowledgeable about menus, beverages, and daily specials.

You will lead pre-service briefings, coordinate event setup and breakdown, and manage daily operations to meet hotel standards. Solid English, vendor coordination, and a rotating roster are required.
