About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join our BJ Howes Metaland Team in Gunnedah.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of this position is to provide our customers with exceptional service and solutions for all their steel & tool needs. The successful applicant will undertake the following responsibilities…

- Quoting via phone, email, at counter

- Processing orders

- Delivery/pickup of orders

- loading/unloading vehicles using forklift

- Invoicing

- Store merchandising & warehousing





- Assisting with inventory control

- Processing/Cutting Steel Orders

- Exceptional Customer service

About You

No steel and or tool knowledge or experience.. No problem!.. although it would be an advantage for the right candidate to have both, we are happy to support the right candidate to acquire this… what is more important to us is that you..

- Have a forklift licence or are willing to get one straight away
