Community Solutions Group in Maryborough is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to help participants achieve greater independence by coordinating supports and optimizing NDIS plans. You will work closely with participants to implement action plans and maximise their plans.
You will build relationships with participants, families and external providers, manage billing targets, and maintain compliant administration while supporting capacity building and smoother access to services.
