O Landscapes is an established business with over 20+ years' experience operating in the civil landscape construction industry. Our Exponential growth has resulted in the awarding of major projects within the Federal Government, Tier 1-3 leading commercial corporations and high-end residential homes.

Your key duties will include:

Preparing bids and tenders for high end commercial and government projects

Measure and quantify construction drawings

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain costings

Preparation of sub-contract and supplies packages

Organise and attend site inspections with tendering sub-contractors/ clients

Maintain and update sub-contractor database

Interpret client bill of quantities

The Requirements:

It is essential to be considered for this role that you:

Will have previous experience within landscape construction or a similar industry

Understanding of cost planning and construction methodologies





Ability to interpret construction drawings

Experience with Benchmark or similar estimating software

Strong communication and negotiating skills

Current Australian Drivers license.
