The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high quality professional standards for rural and remote medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care.
As the Member Service Officer, you are responsible for supporting the delivery of ACRRM’s procedural grants programs and member services. This includes contributing to a high-performing team, supporting colleagues to deliver member and community objectives, and role-modelling behaviours that underpin a high-performance culture.
In a customer-focused and administrative role, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the administration and delivery of procedural grants (including RPGP and GPPTSP), membership, and services
- Assisting with application processing, eligibility assessments, and claims management in line with program guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in relevant systems
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and member experience
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams, members, grant participants, and external stakeholders
This is a permanent full-time appointment,
