Fernwood Fitness – National Support Office Fernwood Fitness is seeking a confident and experienced Membership Collections Officer to join our supportive, high-energy National Support Office team.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and understands that teamwork and strong relationships are critical to success.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining accurate membership and payment records
- Proactively contacting members with outstanding payments via phone and email
- Ensuring all financial transactions and communications are completed accurately and efficiently
- Resolving member concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with members and our franchise network to support positive, solution-focused outcomes
- Working closely with your team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a busy,
quick-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine team player who also works well independently
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and perform under pressure
