We are currently in the process of further building our amazing team to come on the ONYX journey as we prepare to open a second location in Artarmon. About the role:

This role will initially be required to work on our presale and launch of our new gym in Artarmon, before settling in as a permanent Membership Sales Consultant running the day to day of the gym after we've opened.

Membership Sales Consultants play an integral role in building the ONYX culture, brand and driving our success. They’ll spend equally as much time (or more!) on the gym floor engaging with members, as they would at reception or providing tours for our prospects.

Employment options are flexible with either a casual or permanent part time basis, with days and hours to be discussed.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Initial presale before the gym opens - primarily working on outreach activities and phone based lead nurture
- Meeting and greeting potential and existing members
- Actively contacting leads and booking them in to visit the gym
- Taking new leads on tours,



showing them our amazing facilities, and speaking to them about how we can help them meet their health and fitness goals
- Engaging with members on the gym floor to build rapport, provide support, and drive our community-focused culture
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns
- Get involved with our social media
- Assist with running member competitions
- Champion our brand and core values

About you:

- Passion for health and fitness and the desire to help others!
- Self-driven and results-focused

- A positive, can-do attitude, where anything is possible
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing environment
- A team player – but someone that also works well independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong face-to-face and telephone sales skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement, rapport and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Someone that loves what they do and has fun at it!

Experience and Qualifications:

- Passionate about health and fitness
- 2 years+ experience working in sales and customer service (preferably in Gym Membership Sales)
