What You'll Be Doing

As our Merchandise Assistant, you'll be the right-hand support to our Category Manager, helping keep everything running smoothly by:

- Maintaining product information, sales reports, and stock data with accuracy
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders
- Providing exceptional administrative and coordination support
- Working in a fast-moving digital retail environment where every day is different

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and always ready to jump in




- Experienced supporting busy managers in an administrative role
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Experienced as a Merchandise Assistant or in retail administration (highly regarded)
- Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow
