As a Sales Assistant, you’ll: Deliver a memorable customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending the right footwear and apparel

Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and KPIs

Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders

Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to Merrell’s high standards

Bring energy, positivity, and a love for adventure to every shift Skills and ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who: Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
