As part of the Merrell family, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations, and share your enthusiasm for comfort, performance, and style. Whether it’s hitting the trails or exploring the city, you’ll help every customer step out with confidence. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll: Deliver a memorable customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending the right footwear and apparel

Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and KPIs

Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders

Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to Merrell’s high standards

We’re looking for someone who: Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Shows genuine interest in outdoor activities, adventure, and performance footwear
